| 1. |
The
Pamper Company Ltd will endeavour to provide appropriate engagement
opportunities for you to provide services as a Freelance Therapist.
As such you will be representative of The Pamper Company Ltd and
on all engagements you will:
a) arrive at the venue at a previously agreed time
b) provide reasonable notice to The Pamper Company Ltd regarding
any problems with your attendance so that an alternative therapist
can be organised
c) maintain a professional and friendly persona at all times, ensuring
you are well presented and dressed appropriately, and refrain from
the use of intoxicating substances during and prior to the engagement
d) be responsible for providing your own products & equipment as appropriate
for the therapy provided.

The
Pamper Company Ltd shall provide engagement opportunities based
on geographic and skills suitability. The Pamper Company Ltd accepts
no liability for failing to provide engagements. |
| 3. |
The
Freelance Therapist will respect the confidentiality of The Pamper
Company Ltd clients and will not discuss or disclose information
of a personal nature to any third party without the explicit consent
of the client.

| 4. |
The
Freelance Therapist provides the services as an independent contractor
and should not be considered in any way or at any time to be an employee
of The Pamper Company Ltd and the Freelance Therapist hereby indemnifies
The Pamper Company Ltd in respect of any claims that may be made by
the relevant authorities against The Pamper Company Ltd in respect
of Income Tax or National Insurance or similar contributions relating
to the services of the Freelance Therapist hereunder. |
| 5. |
The
Freelance Therapist will invoice The Pamper Company Ltd for payment
of the previously agreed sums following each engagement. Our payment
terms are 30 days. Freelance Therapists will not disclose details
of their remuneration to any third party. |
| 6. |
The
Freelance Therapist will maintain and produce evidence thereof to
The Pamper Company Ltd at his or her own expense adequate professional
indemnity insurance cover in respect of his or her personal liability
and all claims arising out of any failure to carry out any obligations
and / or in respect of any negligence or any other failure whatsoever
in relation to any engagement undertaken under this agreement. |
| 7. |
The
Freelance Therapist may display business cards and other promotional
material while on an engagement. The Therapist may promote their own
services but will refrain from selling or promoting any third party
product or service while on engagement. |
| 8. |
The
Freelance Therapist will refrain from offering parties or group bookings
to any clients they acquire through working with The Pamper Company
Ltd. All such bookings shall be dealt with directly by The Pamper
Company Ltd unless otherwise agreed. |
